Meet the Team

  • Neena is one of the founders of OMOS Properties. She has been in real estate investment with her husband Manish for over 24 years.

    She is in charge of taking care of everything behind the scenes including property management, investment analysis, accounting, and tenant relations. Much of Neena’s time is focused on new acquisitions.

  • Manish is one of the founders of OMOS Properties. He has been in real estate investment with his wife Neena for over 24 years. His experience in the industry overall stands at over 40 years including real estate and construction.

    He manages physical issues at any of our properties. Manish liaisons with vendors and manages every ongoing project at the properties. He is continually staying up to date on the real estate market and looking for new opportunities. His depth of experience is vital to the company.

  • Rachita joined the team in January 2021. She has previously worked in the real estate industry as the marketing director at NAI/CIR, the largest commercial real estate brokerage in Central PA. Her other experience includes working in marketing and brand management at Giant Food Stores LLC.

    Rachita provides a fresh perspective and brings a distinct skill set to the company. Rachita’s joining OMOS Properties has advanced the company and helped it to expand and continue new acquisitions.

  • Vanshika has been involved with OMOS Properties since a young age. She has recently completed a Master’s degree in Real Estate Analysis & Development at Penn State’s Smeal College of Business. She has previously worked in marketing with Metro Commercial Real Estate, a large retail brokerage serving the Greater Philadelphia area.

    She manages the company’s website and online presence. Vanshika also contributes to design decisions for renovations and updates of our properties.
